Principal Consultant – Construction

This is the biggest construction recruitment company in the area and they are now looking to grow their prem presence over the coming years, which is where you come in.

You’ll be one of the first hires in the Plymouth office and will have an excellent opportunity to leverage their existing client base on the contract side of the business, whilst also building this out and winning more business of your own too.

So to start with, you’ll be push quite a few open doors to win new clients!

You don’t have to come from a Construction recruitment background, although obviously it would be beneficial – but they’re open to all sectors, as long as you’ve got 360 perm billing experience.

You’ll work in the office 4 days a week and have one day wfh here, working for a £6m turnover business which has been going for 15+ years now, so they are very well established and setup very well to grow a lot over the coming years.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £40k. With an awesome commission scheme which is straightforward and gives you massive earning potential. The top billers here is clearing £10k a month in commission, so I’m not just saying it – there’s living proof of it!
