Recruitment Account Manager

Here’s one for all the Recruitment Account Manager’s out there.

We’re working with a contract recruitment company in the construction sector, who have some major clients on their books, with a lot more incoming. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to concentrate on maintaining a fantastic relationship with both existing and future clients.

In an ideal world, you’ll come from a construction recruitment background, undertaking a very similar role, and really understand the importance and urgency of required by clients in the this sector.

You’ll be responsible for both existing and future clients of the business, making sure they are happy, well informed and ultimately send more business your way in the future. You’ll do this via multiple methods, including calls, face to face meetings, virtual meetings, conferences and more.

You’ll receive great training and have direct access to the owner of the business, who has been there and done it, working his way up from a graduate recruiter, to now owning his own agency.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a base salary of up to £35,000, have an uncapped commission scheme and work from the offices in Kings Hill, so being within a commutable distance of the office is important for this one.
