Looking for a hot desk to walk into from day one? With major earning potential and in a really cool and booming sector?
I’m working with the leading Recruitment company in the Design and Build space.
They’re on the PSL of all of the top suppliers in this sector and have work coming out their ears at the moment; so you’ll be coming into a warm desk, which is being split in half as there’s just too much work for one person to handle and they’re not even touching the sides at the moment.
This sector is highly candidate led, so it’s all about relationship building here, so this will need to be one of your stronger attributes. There’s a lot of networking and meeting people face to face required here too.
You’ll be someone who is commercially aware, knows your figures off the top of your head and is very driven to succeed, as well as being able to hold your own too as you’ll be tested on a daily basis in this sector.
If you’re currently working in architecture, design, interior design or fit out or recruiting into these sectors, I’d be really keen to speak with you.
You’ll get a salary of up to £32k doe, a 20% comms scheme with no threshold as well quarterly and annual bonuses. If you’re doing £200k here, your take home will be between £90k – £100k, and they’ve got loads of consultants doing this at the moment.
