I’m working with an awesome recruitment agency in the tech world, who are very well established and work throughout Europe and the US.

Specialising in placing people with salaries of £55k upwards, you’ll be averaging £18k fees here, and winning new business without having to do any cold calling either, which is always a bonus.

You’ll have experience working in a 360 role in the tech sector, and have aspirations to be the top biller and want to work for an MD that rolls his sleeves up and bills too.

This is somewhere where you’ll be given time, especially if you’re doing the right things and working hard, as they know its only a matter of time in recruitment until you have some massive billing months.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a base salary of up to £39,000 (Grads – up to £24k, Consultants up to £32k and Senior Consultants up to £39k) work a 4.5 day week with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home each week, and a great commission scheme to boot.

When you are in the office, you’ll be working in the centre of Birmingham, so its important that you’re in a commutable distance of the office.
