I’m looking for a real personality to join an agency who recruit across a number of sectors, including manufacturing, quality, R&D, maintenance and technical sales. So, if you’ve specialised in any of these areas we’re very much on the right track.
The company pride themselves on working in an honest, open and ethical way, which is at the heart of everything they do. They’re now looking for someone of a similar mindset who can help add real value to their business.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has extensive experience in running a perm or contract desk covering the full 360 recruitment lifecycle. You’ll be a natural communicator, goal orientated and have a great team work ethic.
You’ll need to bring with you a demonstrable excellent billing history and a background in winning new business. Added to that a friendly, confident and professional demeanour and your quids in.
From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a salary of between £25,000 and £37,000 (DOE), maybe even more for the right person, along with a very beneficial commission scheme with up to 30% earnings. There are also other perks that can be discussed further on down the line. This is an on site role, so you must be commutable to the office.
