Recruitment Consultant – Education

I’m working for a recruitment company, who are leaders in the education recruitment world and have a reputation of being a premium recruitment brand in the educational sector.

They are on the lookout for 360 recruiters to join their Liverpool Street office in London.

You’ll be working both permanent and contract roles here – with the first 5/6 months of the year concentrating on perm placements for September and then concentrating on graduate and contract positions for the rest of the year.

You’ll be working with leaders who have been there and done it, working for some of the biggest players in the education recruitment market themselves. They have gone on to create a culture of celebrating success and making this a great environment to work in, with regular work socials and loads of incentivised things on top of this too.

The company have a real focus on investing heavily in the latest technology to give you the best chance to maximise your billings, with top billers hitting billing up to £350k – £450k last year.

From a financial perspective, you can expect a salary of between £25k – £30k for the recruitment consultant role and between £30k – £35k for the senior recruitment role, with a commission scheme of 10% (no threshold).
