Recruitment Consultant (Retained)
Are you tired of being treated like a money-making robot?
Hate being pushed around by a leader who last made a placement in 1952? If so, this one could be right up your street.
I’m looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established retained search company who are based just outside of Northampton. This is a well-established business, who work exclusively retained recruitment roles throughout the country, in multiple sectors.
Training is an integral part of life here, which doesn’t end after you’re onboarded. You’ll have 2 training sessions a week, delivered by experts both from within the business and externally.
The Senior Leadership Team have all progressed from consultants, right the way to Director level (and they still bill themselves too), so they practice what they preach! They have a wealth of knowledge in how to deliver exceptional retained recruitment campaigns, so you’ll be learning from some of the best in the business on how to become an expert in retained methodology.
This is a 360 recruitment role, so being able to pick up the phone and make business development calls, and bring new clients into the business is important in this role.
Salary-wise, you can expect a basic of between £28k – £40k depending on your experience, a car allowance and a fantastic earning potential, with cash bonuses as well as commission. You’ll also get 25 days holiday, a fantastic open plan office to work in and the freedom to build your own desk from scratch.
This role is an office based position with most people being in the office 4/5 days a week. So its important that you’re within a commutable distance of Northampton for this one.
We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so If you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Dan Beecher on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable, to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender biases in our adverts.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
