I am looking for a Sales Exec for a creative digital design agency based in Oxfordshire. You’re going to be the person that initiates conversations to create new business and new opportunities for the company. Naturally you will be confident and communicative, enjoying the challenge of talking to senior people in business.
The business works with brands across the sport, entertainment, food and lifestyle industries. They work with clients that you certainly would have heard of before to deliver a wide range of digital services. They cover all sorts digital related whether that is websites, event platforms, CRM systems, campaign branding and more!
As the Sales Exec, it is your job to initiate conversations with different businesses. Typically you will take a blended approach of emails, calls and talking to people on LinkedIn. There will also be opportunities to network and start conversations that way.
You will be targeting internal comms directors/marketing directors and sometimes c-suite level people in businesses who typically have headcounts over 5000. You will need to be someone who loves the challenge of opening doors and starting conversations. If you have a background in B2B sales this will be a bonus.
You will be someone who thrives on not being micromanaged and needing your hand held throughout the process. You’re working with an incredible team of creatives and a very talented sales team – so will have plenty of support around you.
In terms of work set up, that is down to you, they have a beautiful office space in the Oxfordshire but you will the chance to work from home too, especially once you are familiar with procedures. From a salary perspective you are looking at £20,000 to £22,000 DOE, you will also be able to earn commission on the appointments you make, meaning you can earn well!
