Recruitment Consultant – Sales – Remote – 25% commission and up to £40k base

I’m looking to speak with Delivery or 360 Recruitment Consultants in the for my clients in the sales sector.

In an ideal world, you’ll have experience in sales recruitment, however if you’re in a different sector and are looking for a change, then that is not a problem.

The owner of the business loves Business Development and will constantly be passing you work, so if business development isn’t your thing, that’s fine – you’ll be kept very busy here, but if you do want to win your own clients, then you’ll get a higher commission percentage for these placements.

You’ll be fully remote for this one, and be treated like a grown up – if you want to be in the gym at 2pm on a Wednesday, its not a problem – as long as it works around your schedule and you’re able to bill, then you’ll be left to do it your way here.

You will need to have a designated office space at home or be close enough to Leeds to make the most of the office space there.

You’ll also be someone who really gets into the detail with candidates and not just a quick 5 minute call checking the basics; this will be something which is covered off in detail during the interview process too.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £40k, with a comms scheme of 25%, and although this is a completely remote role, there is an office space in Leeds which you can use as often as you’d like.
