Are you a naturally driven people’s person looking for a role in sales?

My client work with a wide variety of companies offering services that help train teams and deliver stronger cultures. So strong is there work they offer a 100% money back guarantee and no one has had to take them up on it!

You are going to have a strong phone manner as you talk to variety of warm leads. Your objective is to book suitable leads into meetings with the BDM. You are the facilitator of the sales- when you do your job well everyone is winning.

You will be self sufficient and enjoy the challenge of converting people who have shared an interest, or are a former client, into a meeting. The majority of your time will be spent on the phone, although you will need to have a good email manner as well.

As the sales support you will spend around 85% of your time prospecting, engaging and converting contacts using their specialist sales process. You will be reactive to incoming messages from prospects whilst prioritising existing conversations.

There is a real opportunity to progress within the company, for the first year you will be the sales support staff, however as they continue to grow there is a great opportunity to progress and grow with the company.

They have a lovely office based in Henley-on-Thames, however the role is hybrid, so you will only be required to go in to the office 2 or 3 times a week.

You will get a salary of up to £25,000, with commission on top every time you book a meeting. You will need to be commutable to Henley-on-Thames and you will always have your birthday off!
