Semi-Senior Management Accountant
In reality, there are all sorts of individuals, partnerships and companies out there that need help with their quarterly and annual accounting and tax responsibilities. They may not have the capacity or may just prefer handing it off to the professionals. That’s where the new Semi-Senior Management Accountant will fit in with our client.
Established back in 1906, our client has a rich heritage in helping charities, businesses, and individuals in variety of different ways. From accounting and auditing to HR and secretarial services, they pride themselves on high levels of customer service and are now ready to bring on more clients with your help.
With a wide range of clients covering over 1000 businesses, University Colleges and over 200 charities across the UK, you will be managing a small portfolio of 20-30 small clients ranging from sole traders and partnerships, to small limited companies. Working from their fabulous offices in the centre of Oxford, you’ll be assisting clients on a weekly/monthly and annual basis and your main responsibilities will be centred around preparing and submitting VAT returns in line with company and HMRC deadlines, and assisting with preparation of management accounting information.
From a salary perspective, my client is offering £25-30,000 (DOE). Standard holiday entitlement and company pension. Whilst there is no requirement to drive, there will be some travel involved. Our client is also a big believer in training and supporting their staff to assist with progression.
We appreciate this is only a snapshot of the role, so if you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Richard Lambert on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest.
