Senior Consultant – HR
I am working with people and change experts who have developed a real niche in organisational change projects with their clients. We are looking for a HR consultant to come in and run organisational change projects with them.
You’re going to be coming in a great time to the business, they have an expansive and diverse client base for you to work with on exciting and complex organisational change projects.
You will be reporting to a vastly experienced and accomplished director with an unmissable opportunity for mentoring. There are many selling points to this role, but this presents a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.
The majority of your time is going to be spent in front of your clients, gaining trust and consulting on their organisational change project. As an experienced HR professional, you will have been involved in multiple organisational change projects – so stakeholders will trust your best practice advice.
You will run the project and be the interface between clients and consultancy. They take a squad approach so you will have a lot of resources at your disposal; project managers, schedulers, analysts, etc. There is a real emphasis on collaboration and sharing of information.
You will be an extremely accomplished delivery person – who is excellent in front of customers. You are likely to refer to yourself as a practitioner, given your wealth of knowledge and experience in the HR space.
There is a commercial element to this role; your natural inquisitiveness will recognise opportunity and the potential to make introductions to complimentary services within the practice. Having the ability to look at the bigger picture and wider opportunities is incredibly important.
From a salary perspective, you are looking at up to £55,000 depending on your experience – with a whole raft of other benefits beyond that including a company bonus and an attributable revenue bonus.
The head office is based in South Oxfordshire, but the company has adopted a hybrid approach and very much uses this as a hub now, so potentially you could be based anywhere around the UK (but have the ability to travel to Oxfordshire when required).
