Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant
Are you an experienced Engineering Recruiter, who’s looking for a change?
I’m working with a recruitment company who are experts in the IT and Managed Services sectors. Covering Infrastructure and Support, Networking and Security, Data and Insights and all things cloud based too.
They are looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter to come in to spearhead a brand new Engineering division.
There are strong progression routes to become a Head of / Director here and you’ll have the full backing of the Directors to build your team and hire additional team members over the coming year.
One of the Directors here is very BD focussed and will provide warm leads, but the onus will be on you to source your own clients too and build a really successful Engineering desk.
It goes without saying that you’ll come from an engineering recruitment background, ideally from Embedded Software, Mechanical Design, Systems Engineer (electrical) or Engineering Architecture.
You’ll have a strong billing record (consistently billing £200k+ is a requirement for this one) and you’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to bring on new clients and have a clear vision of how you’ll attack the Engineering market.
From a financial perspective, you can expect a salary of up to £45k, a 20% – 40% commission with no threshold and you’ll be working from the office in Pangbourne, near Reading so its important that this is a commutable distance for you and you’ll be a hands on leader, that leads by example.
We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so If you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Dan Beecher on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable, to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender biases in our adverts.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
