Senior HR Business Partner (successfully filled)

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a business we are seeing go from strength to strength every month.

In this role, you will be responsible for aligning their People Strategy with the wider business strategy and you will work closely with their Senior leadership team to build their people capability, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives.

As a highly experienced HR professional (you’re going to be a generalist) with a progressive mindset, you will act as an advocate for change and transformation in support of the business and people strategies. You will champion best practice people management, influencing key business decisions to ensure the effective management of our staff through fair, efficient, and pragmatic approaches.

In addition to your Level 7 CIPD qualification or Diploma level education, you should have experience developing L&D strategies and being able to influence SLT’s and boards. You will be responsible for providing L&D solutions and coaching to managers and staff to achieve their full potential (so experience coaching would be great!).

This is a two day a week role and the hours could be spread over the course of a week.

The salary is pro-rata’d between £60,000 and £70,000 and you will work from the offices in High Wycombe (we are looking for someone who wants to be a figurehead).
