Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction (White collar temps) – London – £45k – £50k base

You’re really good at your job.

You fill pretty much every booking you get in. Your clients love you, your temps love you, but annoyingly your current boss doesn’t appreciate you. Your mates are on better comms schemes, you’re not being pushed and realistically you’re not going anywhere with your present company.

I’m working with a boutique agency who operate in the construction and property sector. They’ve seen YoY growth and have set ambitious plans for the next 3 years.

You will be pivotal to this. You’ll be treated like you are pivotal to this. You will be pushed to better yourself, to learn from vastly experienced directors, to own your own relationships and to be treated like an adult.

They’re on tier 1 and 2 frameworks, have a very health existing client base, but most importantly have an impeccable reputation.

In an ideal world, you’ll have experience in white collar construction temp recruitment, however if you’re in a different sector and are looking for a change, and have the ability to learn quickly, this could still work.

You’re going to bring energy, recruitment nous, leadership ability and a willingness to learn from day 1.

They use an incredible co-working space in central London (walking distance from Liverpool St.) which you will benefit from Mon-Thurs, with Fridays working remotely.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £50k, with a very generous comms scheme, as well as other benefits!
