Senior Recruitment Consultant – Social Housing Perm – Fully remote- £35k – £45k base

You don’t see a 2 person business, you see the foundations of a quality operation.

I’m working with a boutique agency who operate in the social housing sector. They’re in the second year of trading and are heading for an even more impressive 2nd year than the first!

You’ll be the third person into the business, and you’ll be seen as a key pillar to the foundations of a future star business.

You’re going to be trusted and empowered by a vastly experienced founder who is progressive and ambitious in equal measure. They specialise in the social housing space and would like someone who has billed into this market before.

We are looking for someone who will come in and dictate the pace and have lofty ambitions. If you’re happy to WFH and bill £80k a year on a £40k base this isn’t the role for you.

This is a fully remote role, but you will need to be based in, and eligible to work in the UK.

They’re happy to fund a co working space a few days a week/month if you wanted to get out of the house now and again.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £45k, with a very generous comms scheme which equates to 25% of everything you bill, as well as options for equity.
