Senior Recruitment Consultant – Education (Primary/Secondary temps) – London/Hybrid – £35k – £38k base – OTE above £100k
You’re really good at your job.
You fill pretty much every booking you get in. Your clients love you, your temps love you, but annoyingly your current boss doesn’t appreciate you. Your mates are on better comms schemes, you’re not being pushed and realistically you’re not going anywhere with your present company.
I’m working with a boutique agency who specialise in the education sector and have offices in 3 locations around the UK. We’re looking for someone to join their London office (30 heads).
It’s an environment where you’ll be encouraged to participate in the innovation and dynamism which has seen solid growth through the last 10 years. It’s a place where you will have a voice and can approach the vastly experienced, and very pleasent, directors for help and guidance.
You will inherit a desk which is running smoothly and come vacant due to an internal progression. You’ll have a lovely handover period where you will get to meet your clients and build strong relationships from day 1.
In an ideal world, you’ll have experience in support/temp Primary/Secondary Education recruitment, however if you’ve only ever done perm, it’s still worth a chat.
It’s an environment where your career progression is taken seriously and you’ll be given a structured development plan to continually push you and take you to the next level.
They use an incredible space in central London (Canary Wharf) which you will be in 4 days a week (Wednesday from home). You’ll work 9am-3pm through the summer months and will benefit from Christmas and new year off!
From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £38k, with a very generous comms scheme and bonus scheme, as well as other benefits! The top biller last year took over £150k (despite being with the business a relatively short period of time).
