Senior Sales Director
Senior Sales Director – £80,000 – £100,000 base + 100% bonus.
We’re currently seeking a Senior Sales Director with a focus on a new credit risk solution for the energy and commodities market. It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining my client – as they have just acquired a market-leading piece of software, which you will sell. The acquisition is a key part of elevating their market position within the energy and commodities sector and a demonstration of their commitment to continual growth and progression.
You will be working with a market-leading product, which was developed by two extremely experienced individuals, who are still in the business. They are going to be on hand to support with technical guidance on the products – so you will be fully informed throughout. They have begun the rollout to existing customers already, with the product receiving excellent feedback.
Built all in real-time architecture, the product offers best-in-class advanced risk and analytics capabilities. Alongside the launch of their new cloud-native short-term power trading solution, our client is going to lead the market with their modern solutions for the energy and commodity trading sectors.
You will report to the Head of Sales and will be solely responsible for generating new business and revenue streams for the newly launched product. You will need to be an expert at navigating complex (and sometimes long) sales cycles in the credit risk domain (ideally in energy and/or commodities). This is not a hard sell solution, it requires consultative and solution-based skillsets to be successful.
The basic salary is between £80,000 and £100,000 dependent on your experience level, with an opportunity to double your base in a revenue generation focussed bonus. As well as the financial compensation, you will receive an 8% pension contribution, private medical care, income protection, and other corporate benefits.
The office is in central London, but they are open to remote-based working if you live outside of a reasonable daily commute. The office does operate a hybrid of remote and office-based working, so you do have some flexibility around that.
