Shipping Coordinator

Are you a shipping coordinator used to importing and exporting high value products?

I am looking for someone with experience of overseeing the scheduling and execution of complex projects. You will most likely be working on less projects than you are used to, but you will be involved in all the details, ensuring every part of the shipment is carried out correctly and in a timely manner, as some of the deadlines can be quite tight.

You will join a team who genuinely enjoy what they do. Based in Mayfair you will be dealing with high value products and HNWI’s purchasing them. As such attention to detail is absolutely vital.

You will come from a luxury goods shipping background, and if you have experience shipping fine art that will be massively beneficial as you will understand the subtle differences between in the licenses required. The market is niche, and therefore understanding the different import, export and CITES licences is required.

You will work closely with the logistics team as well as pre-sale and post-sale teams as you ensure the projects are delivered accurately, cost effectively and within deadline.
