OX Seven: Spa Manager

We are looking for a Spa Manager to lead a team of professional Spa Therapists in a beautiful club and spa where they help their clients relax, unwind and enjoy their journey towards total wellbeing.

They have beautiful treatment rooms, offering some unique therapies from around the world, plus a fantastic wet spa including a 25m pool, hydrospa, plunge pool, relaxation pool, sauna, sanaruim, steam room and heated relaxation beds.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead client focused service and engagement
  • Smoothly run all Spa operations
  • Carrying out monthly one to ones with the team
  • Driving revenue and profit through staff rotas, club integration, referrals, rebookings and margin management
  • Ensuring the spa complies with all necessary financial controls, due diligence and health & safety
  • Stock orders
  • Carry out open and close procedures of the Spa
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Supporting and assisting the therapists with laundry and treatment room set-ups in busy times
  • Conducting monthly stock checks
  • Attend regular Spa Manager meetings
  • Set stretching but achievable targets for the team and review on a regular basis

  • NVQ Level 2 & level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification, CIBTAC or CIDESCO
