Technical Administrator
We are working with one of the UK’s largest food production companies, who are looking to bring on a Technical Administrator to join their rapidly growing team.
You’ve probably ate their products in places like Nandos or had them for your roasts on a Sunday. Their operation is one of the most impressive in Europe and they’re well respected for their approach to ethics and welfare.
For this one you will have a background in food manufacturing, and be used to providing support and advice to site technical teams as they sort external audits. You will be a natural communicator as you liaise with both internal and external teams. Building up good relationships with suppliers makes your job so much easier!
You will play a key part in ensuring all risk assessments are up to date and accurate, so a keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure everything from ingredients, suppliers through to packaging are accounted for.
You will be the super organised, collating all of the approval documentation from new and existing suppliers, as well as all of the contractors accreditation. Without this the whole process grinds to a halt- so you really are key to the operation. As you build up your knowledge you will get a chance to deputise for the supplier auditor when required.
You’ll be a dab hand at Excel, Word and the full Microsoft suite and have experience working with multiple systems at the same time, as these are key skills you’ll need here.
You’ll get a salary of £25,000 – £30,000 and working in the recently refurbished offices in Brackley, Northamptonshire. So being within a commutable distance of this site is a must, but there will be opportunities for hybrid working.
We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so If you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Joshua Withers on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest.
