Technical Support Coordinator
Are you a problem solver with a desire to kickstart a career in telecoms?
I am looking for a technical support coordinator to join our client based in West Sussex. They offer a wide range of full comprehensive solutions to clients. They specialise in Telecoms and offer services in IT, data and much, much more.
You will be a natural communicator. You will respond to customer enquiries via the phone, email and webchat so it is important you feel comfortable replying across all avenues. You will monitor the customer fault tickets and liaise with the sales team and service desk so everyone is in the loop.
It is not essential to have a background in technical support, but it goes without saying that you will need a keen interest and have a willingness to learn. You will be a natural problem solver and organised as you help with setting up pre site meetings. You will help manage diaries and schedule meeting rooms for internal meetings, so having a background in admin is a pre-requisite for the role.
Our client put a lot of emphasis and time into their staff. They provide excellent training and get specialists in to make sure that you have everything at your disposal to get good results. Salary wise you will be looking at between £21,000-£24,000 DOE.. As well as this you will receive a generous holiday allowance, and there are great career progression opportunities within the company.
