Are you a technical support engineer looking to grow and take on more responsibility within telecoms?

I am looking for a technical support engineer (2nd line) to join our client based in West Sussex. They offer a wide range of full comprehensive solutions to clients. They specialise in Telecoms and offer services in IT, data and much, much more.

You will be a natural communicator. When you speak to a customer it is your responsibility that you are clear and concise and that there are no questions about what the next steps are.

You will have working knowledge of VOIP and SIP and have a background in telecoms. You are the point of escalation for the team when more complicated faults appear, so you will get a great opportunity to share your knowledge with the rest of the team as they look to upskill. You will have a strong understanding of line and broadband faults and be able to diagnose and resolve customer faults.

You might be a 2nd line engineer wanting more responsibility and a chance to lead people. You could also be an experienced 1st line engineer wanting to step up and take the next step in your career.

Our client put a lot of emphasis and time into their staff. They provide excellent training and get specialists in to make sure that you have everything at your disposal to get good results. Salary wise you will be looking at between £25,000-£30,000 DOE.. As well as this you will receive a generous holiday allowance, and there are great career progression opportunities within the company.
