If it doesn’t smell like cocoa, then maybe you’re in the wrong job. Imagine a chocolatey aroma every day… what’s not to love?

You won’t be on the production line making the chocolate, but you’ll be an integral part of the team and assisting in everything HR related from training to payroll.

You’ll be doing all sorts, and this is a great way to get your foot in the HR door. It’s not always an easy one to progress in, but with the exposure you’ll get across the board here it’ll be a place you’ll want to stay and work up in.

Day to day you’re going to be coordinating training, data entry, reception duties, and auditing – you’ll get the full 360 of it and learn what it takes to run such a large-scale operation.

Though this doesn’t require vast experience, you will need to have a bit of background in the HR industry. Since there’s so much going on, you’ll need to have a bit of an idea what you’re coming into, but everyone will be supportive and helpful. This is a team, after all.

You will get £18,000 – £20,000 and have 26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, so there’s plenty of ‘you time’ to be had… to enjoy your free chocolate.
