I got into a customs role theought this agency. Josh, the guy who helped me throughtout has kept in contact with me the entire time, after interview he asked how it was, he gave me updates as they came and it wasn't that sort of "you have your interview, not wait 2 months for the result" type of job. Great stuff over all, and Josh was amazing.

He had lots of knowledge on the company and the job role that I had applied for. They guys at OX7 have been fantastic all the way along. Kept in contact regularly whilst the interview and introduction stages were happening. Have given interview advice and then stayed in contact often during the 1 year contract and made the handover to going permanent very smooth. I have been with a few recruitment companies that never respond or you end up having to chase or won’t put you forward for roles as they don’t think it will suit you but not these guys. They are responsive and very keen to help you in your journey. Highly recommend, keep up the excellent work.

Had the best experience working with OX Seven in particular Dan 'the man' Beecher. He helped me with my job hunt, at a time, when i had no motivation or drive due to leaving a horrendous workplace. Dan not only found me a job, but made me realise my worth by completely rebuilding my confidence. Dan was extremely thorough in all aspects of this process and even took the time to allow me to present a 15 minute presentation that was to be sent to a prospective employer. Dan is extremely passionate about his work and this speaks volumes. I wouldn't go to anyone else, or recommend anyone else to undertake my future job search as Dan really does set a high standard in this industry. I am now 1 month into my new role and I am a complete different person. I have Dan to thank for this as none of this would be possible without his hard work. I applied for a position in September 2020 fully supported by the agency. They were always there to help with any questions I had. Due to the current situation interviews were done via Skype which I was a little lost with but the agency went out their way to support the set up of Skype even out of hours. I got the job and still there. Great agency great people and fabulous support in these differcult times.

I never normally leave a review but I think everyone should know how thorough and good my experience was. I was a little unsure about going through a recruiter since had bad experiences previously. However, Will has completely changed my mind. I genuinely don't think I would've been as calm and prepared as I was for the whole interviewing process without Will. He was always on the other end of the phone if I needed anything and made sure I was ready before and after the interviews (which not many people do at all). I think what's different about this company is they don't think of you as a number or target in a spreadsheet but they treat you like an actual human and this whole methodology works 100 times better. You feel looked after, which is what you need as looking for a new job is extremely stressful. Even when looking at You Exclusive's (OX Seven's) website their whole approach is so much more relatable because there is that light-hearted element to it. Even the videos and TikTok's.
