I got into a customs role theought this agency. Josh, the guy who helped me throughtout has kept in contact with me the entire time, after interview he asked how it was, he gave me updates as they came and it wasn't that sort of "you have your interview, not wait 2 months for the result" type of job. Great stuff over all, and Josh was amazing.

They guys at OX7 have been fantastic all the way along. Kept in contact regularly whilst the interview and introduction stages were happening. Have given interview advice and then stayed in contact often during the 1 year contract and made the handover to going permanent very smooth. I have been with a few recruitment companies that never respond or you end up having to chase or won’t put you forward for roles as they don’t think it will suit you but not these guys. They are responsive and very keen to help you in your journey. Highly recommend, keep up the excellent work.

I never normally leave a review but I think everyone should know how thorough and good my experience was. I was a little unsure about going through a recruiter since had bad experiences previously. However, Will has completely changed my mind. I genuinely don't think I would've been as calm and prepared as I was for the whole interviewing process without Will. He was always on the other end of the phone if I needed anything and made sure I was ready before and after the interviews (which not many people do at all). I think what's different about this company is they don't think of you as a number or target in a spreadsheet but they treat you like an actual human and this whole methodology works 100 times better. You feel looked after, which is what you need as looking for a new job is extremely stressful. Even when looking at You Exclusive's (OX Seven's) website their whole approach is so much more relatable because there is that light-hearted element to it. Even the videos and TikTok's. I applied for a position in September 2020 fully supported by the agency. They were always there to help with any questions I had. Due to the current situation interviews were done via Skype which I was a little lost with but the agency went out their way to support the set up of Skype even out of hours. I got the job and still there. Great agency great people and fabulous support in these differcult times.

I lost my job at the start of lockdown in March and stumbled upon OX Seven while applying for a job online. OX Seven were absolutely great to deal with - super friendly and efficient - and none of the pushy recruitment stuff I've experienced elsewhere! Will gave me all the tools to enable me to put together suitable applications for jobs which were actually right for me, was on hand for assistance before interviews and helped me to get a great job right in the middle of the pandemic situation within a couple of weeks.
