Are you a senior delivery consultant looking to join a tech company renowned for staff satisfaction and excellent commission rates.

We are working with a client who have offices in Manchester, Surrey as well as across the States. They work with hyper growth start ups, placing people into software sales, marketing, customer success and sales engineering roles. They were voted 4th best company to work for.

You will have experience recruiting in the perm market, making senior placements within businesses. They are very proud of the culture they have created, so it is important that you buy into the team aspect! They work with very high average fees, so you will be comfortable talking to senior people within businesses, the average fee is north of 20k.

You’ll have at least 18 months of 180 recruitment experience, with a track record of placing great candidates for fantastic clients. You will be happy talking to senior candidates about technical roles. You will be driven to go the extra mile to ensure you give the best service for candidate.

You will need to live a commutable distance to either Manchester or Surrey as you will spend most of your time in the office. The more senior you are the more flexible working there will be, however there is a culture of everyone learning off each other.

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £25,000 – £60,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too. You will also be working a company who truly value ethics and the planet and make a real positive impact on the planet.
