Are you an experienced recruitment consultant, with a background in engineering, aviation, automotive or motorsport looking for a fully remote role?

As the role is fully remote, you can be based anywhere in the UK. You will need your own office space and have the natural drive and work ethic required to bill good numbers. Even though the role is remote, they still have a great dynamic, meet up as a team and celebrate each other’s successes, so it is important that you buy into the team dynamic.

Ideally you will have a 360 background and be used to bringing on and delivering on great roles. However they do boast a great client base, so will consider a delivery role if you have the right background.

The majority of the work they do is contract, however they are expanding the perm offering as well, so there is complete flexibility in the background you have from that sense. You will however need to have a background in engineering, aviation, automotive or motorsport background as this is where the majority of the business is won.

Although the role is remote, there are still fantastic training opportunities and a support network, you certainly won’t be made to feel alone. Although you are trusted and empowered to do the job. There is no micromanagement here!

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £30,000 – £40,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too, going up to 25% uncapped. You will also receive a generous holiday allowance and early finish Fridays, as well as many other perks.
