Are you a Senior or Principal Contract Tech Recruiter in and around Manchester?

We’re working with a client who’ve billed £3.7m in the last two months – business is booming at the moment and they looking for Senior or Principal Contract Tech Recruiters to join them as they grow even more.

You’ll have at least 2 years experience in a 360 role, with a great billing record and be a natural at business development, with multiple examples of bringing greats clients on board and of course, providing them with high calibre candidates.

You’ll be given full autonomy in the way you work here, as well as having a very clear and well set out career development path too, with a lot of the senior managers having worked their way up through the company.

The founders of the business have adapted and grown the company over the 10+ year’s they’ve been around and now stand at a headcount of over 300 across the group, and they’re in the Fast50 too.

They have an amazing training scheme, which doesn’t start and stop after your first week in the business, and their training programme has even won awards too, so its not just me saying this!

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £30,000 – £40,000 DOE, and an uncapped commission scheme, paying up to 30%, with no threshold (paid monthly).

As you’ll potentially be giving up your existing contract book, they are prepared to pay guarantees too.
