Looking for a role with consistent training, uncapped commission, loads of incentives, somewhere where you’re looked after, supported, and encouraged to earn serious money?
We’ve been instructed by a great new client who specialise in the additive manufacturing and advanced technology sectors. We’re talking 3D Printing, defense, aerospace, robotics and automation, working for some amazing global clients. Based in Lancashire, this is a company at the top of their game, showing year-on-year growth having built strong relationships both in the UK and across the pond.
You will live and breathe your market, own it, and be the go-to consultant for new and existing clients. From start-ups to multi-national clients, the technologies being used are beginning to make a real difference to peoples lives and you could be part of the journey. Understanding the technology is key to your success in this role, so client visits and technology training will form a big part of the learning process.
With amazing offices, on-site gym, training support, and the potential for progression, this represents an opportunity to become an expert. You could be new to recruitment, working in the same sector, even a completely different one. If you have the drive, commitment and desire to be one of the best in their field, the door could be open for you. If you have a passion for the technology, even better.
In terms of salary, you’ll be looking at £25-35,000 (OTE £60-80,000), with the top earners on well over £100,000 a year. Commission works on a sliding scale, details of which can be shared. There are quarterly outings and incentive schemes, early finishes on a Friday, and work from Wednesdays (once your training is complete).
I appreciate this is only a snapshot of the role, but if you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Richard Lambert on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable, to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender biases in our adverts.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
