Energy Recruitment Consultant – Woking – £25k-£30k + up to 25% Commission
Are you a 360 Recruiter in the energy sector or looking to break into it?
My client in Woking are looking for just that at the moment!
It’s a very warm desk, which did over £300k last year, so it’ll be realistic to expect to do at least £100k yourself in the first year on this desk.
You’ll be working with a lot of oil and gas companies, especially those that are making the transition to offshore wind farms at the moment and that plan to in the near future.
The owners of the business are hands on and both billed over £300k each last year, so you’ll be around people who practice what they preach, and they’ll give lots of support to help you succeed from day one. They are very well connected and get a lot of roles before they come on the market too.
This certainly isn’t a 9am-5pm environment here, so you’ll be someone that knows this just isn’t the case in recruitment and is prepared to work hard and work the hours required, knowing this is what gets you the best results!
You’ll get a base salary of up to £30,000 depending on your experience, and a great commission scheme, up to 25%, plus the opportunity to own your own business unit in the future and opportunities to buy into the business too.
This is a hybrid role, , so its important that you’re within a commutable distance of Woking, and you’ll be working for owners of the business who still bill themselves; they don’t micromanage, and there’s no KPI’s – just an adult environment in place for you to do your thing and win loads of business.
