Are you an recruitment consultant, with experience running a temp desk in the education sector?

As this position is available due to promotion you will come into a hot desk, which gives you a great opportunity to earn well from the offset. You will get great continued training and a real chance to improve yourself alongside top billers.

You will have a 360 background and be used to bringing on and delivering on great roles. They have a great reputation within both recruitment and within the schools they work. They have great staff retention which comes as no surprise with the culture they have created.

You will need a driving licence as you will go meet clients face to face and bring that personal touch. They do have pool cars you can use for this- but the driving element is needed.

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £28,000 – 36,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too, going up to 17.5% uncapped. You will also receive a generous holiday allowance which includes term time holidays.
