Recruitment Consultant – Manchester / Hybrid (3 days WFH) – 30% Commission (no threshold)

I’m looking to speak with Recruitment Consultants in Engineering or Manufacturing, based within an hour of Manchester.

You’ll be working really closely with an experienced Recruitment Consultant in the sector, who can teach you everything you need to know about automation, electronics and machine manufacturing – as these are the key sectors you’ll be working in.

You’ll be concentrating on the UK, Germany and Dutch markets here – so any experience in these areas will also be beneficial.

You’ll be a 360 Recruiter who is willing to learn, wants to do well and be treated like an adult. You’ll be given all the tools to succeed and work with a really cool team who don’t take themselves too seriously, but get amazing results!

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base salary of £30,000, and a commission scheme up to 30%, with no threshold, and lots of other benefits too.

You’ll need to be within a commutable distance of Manchester for this one, as you’ll be in the office 2 days a week.
