Ideally you will have a 360 recruitment background- although if you have a sales background and are looking for a new challenge then you will be considered here as well. Most of the work they do is within housing associations and local authorities- the reputation they have within is genuinely fantastic, which really helps with picking roles up!

The majority of the work they do is contract, however that is not to say there are not some juicy perm fees to be had! If you have a background have a contract book that is naturally a bonus. There is a clear progression route- so you will know exactly what you need to do to get promoted.

There are loads of continued perks, from great training through to quarterly additional incentives and yearly bonuses all to top up an already top commission scheme. You can also earn extra days off by hitting a variety of targets!

Your base salary will be completely dependent on your experience- but they pay very well, and the commission structure will ensure you earn good money. You will also have the chance for trips abroad and regular time off. They look after their staff.
