We actually feel a little disingenuous calling you ‘candidates’. The reality is that we are peers. We do the same thing, most of us have the same goals and want to achieve the same outcome; which is to make a better life for ourselves through helping other people.
Our job is to give you the best possible chance of furthering your career. Sometimes that does mean saying ‘actually, what you’re getting at the moment won’t be bettered – stay where you are’. Rather than forcing you in to a job that won’t actually benefit your career, because we needs the comms to pay for our A Class on finance (the car, not the drugs).
We think with our brains and have a long term approach to candidate representation. Some candidates we place within days of first contact, but most are months, if not years.
Our ‘Registration’ process:
We aren’t a database recruiter. We don’t want to harvest data for the sake of being able to brag about having 11 million people on our database.
We also don’t want to mis-manage expectations and create false hope, we want to be realistic on how much we can help you, and how much effort you should take when engaging with us.
Our duty is to give you the best possible chance of getting you a role which is going to improve your life. There is no such thing as the ‘perfect role’ or ‘perfect opportunity’, but there are opportunities which will tangibly improve your life.
They are the ones we want to introduce you to.
We will treat you with respect, transparency and honesty – just like you treat your own candidates. We will NEVER send your CV to a client without giving you the opportunity to do your own due diligence first.
