Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a natural flair for generating new business?

I’m looking for a diligent individual to join an agency who specialise in the technical and engineering sector. They pride themselves on working in a precise and process driven way, which is at the heart of everything they do. They’re now looking for someone of a similar mindset who can help push their business on to the next level and build on an already impressive client portfolio.

This is an office based role in a great location in Leicester with really good transportation links. Your ambition, work ethic and communication skills will need to be second to none and you’ll be able to work seamlessly alongside experienced consultants for the greater good of the business.

You’ll need to bring with you a demonstrable solid billing history and a proven background in winning new business. Working alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team, you’ll be given an amazing platform and environment to thrive in your role.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a salary £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE) along with a very beneficial commission scheme up to 20%. There are also other perks that can be discussed further on down the line.
