Business Development Manager – IT/Tech
Business Development Manager – Woking – £45k + up to 25% Commission
Are you a 360 Recruiter looking to purely do Business Development?
Or are you currently doing a Business Development role and looking for a change?
My client are in the tech and IT sectors and are looking for just that, an experienced Business Developer to join them and help grow the business.
You’ll be contract-focussed, but you can also win perm roles too, with the majority of the business you’ll be targeting being contract roles throughout the UK.
If you’d like to do a 360 role, that is absolutely fine – but the focus here really will be on winning new business and there are 2 fantastic delivery consultants to pass roles too, with you benefiting from a 50/50 fee split.
Your main responsibilities will be signing, developing and maintaining these relationships with your clients throughout the UK; so you wont be afraid of getting on the phones and being professionally persistent either.
You’ll get a base salary of up to £45,000 depending on your experience, and a great commission scheme, up to 25%, plus the opportunity to own your own business unit in the future and opportunities to buy into the business too.
This is a hybrid role, , so its important that you’re within a commutable distance of Woking, and you’ll be working for owners of the business who still bill themselves; they don’t micromanage, and there’s no KPI’s – just an adult environment in place for you to do your thing and win loads of business.
We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so If you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Dan Beecher on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest.
