99% of agencies have had a pretty terrible 12 months. Not many can say they’ve actually grown in extremely competitive markets. This indepedent agency
They know it’s not rocket science; do the basics right, trust and empower your team to do what they do best, and it will happen. And it has happened for them.
It’s a small business which is going through a targeted growth over the next couple of years. There is far more of a ‘carrot’ rather than ‘stick’ approach here, so if you value how you’re treated you’ll love it here.
The director of the business is very hands on and leads from the front, so you’ll be around people who practice what they preach, and they’ll give lots of support to help you succeed from day one. They are very well connected and have a lovely mix of corporate and independent clients.
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with veterinary recruitment experience, you could be an existing 360 recruiter looking to come in to a fresh industry, working with people who deeply care about animals!
The office is based in a lovely co working space in Fareham, and it is a really grown up environment. Got a dog you need to get home to walk? No problems. Do a school run each day? Great! You’re treated like an adult, and trusted and empowered. Oh, an you only work 8.30am – 3pm each day – yes, a 30 hour week!
You’ll get a base salary of up to £27,000 depending on your experience, and a great commission scheme, up to 30%, plus quarterly incentives etc.
