Lead Consultant – Contract Desk – Sustainability – £35,000 – £40,000 + Guarantee Comms
You’re a solid contract biller.
Probably been in your role for a couple of years, and you’re considered a good consultant.
But you feel like you have hit a ceiling. You want to be billing £250,000+ and getting the commission and incentive trips that come with it.
You’ll be joining a multi-award winning company that achieved B-Corp status last year. They work in the global sustainability market and have nailed their perm offering.
They have seen year on year growth and have achieved this through founders that lead from the front, creating a great (and extensive) tech stack and investing heavily in external training.
They now need someone to come in and lead their contract offering.
What We’re Looking For:
High Ceiling potential: You are probably billing between £120,000 and £160,000 a year, but not being pushed to do more or be better. You know with improved training, better tech, and a higher performing environment you could be pushing £250,000 and £300,000 a year.
Experience in the contract market: This role isn’t for someone who fancies at giving the contract world a go, you need to understand how it works, how to build your runners and the compliance issues.
Experience in the sustainability sector: This is the clients bread and better and they’re true experts in this field. We’re not looking for someone who wants to change sectors, we want someone to lead a new division with existing knowledge.
The office is in the centre of Southampton and it is a high performing environment. It has great transport links and the vast majority of people are in there 5 days a week. That being said, if you fancy a day from home, that’s not an issue.
You’ll get a base salary of up to £40,000 depending on your experience, and a great commission scheme, as well as fantastic incentive trips through the year.
