360 Team Manager – IT Desk – £35,000 – £45,000 + 30% comms
You’ve always been a great biller. It’s probably come really natural to you.
But over the last couple of years you’ve really enjoyed the mentoring and people management you’ve been doing.
But you feel like you have hit a ceiling. You want to keep going with your original passion of billing (and the 30% comms that comes with it), but you also want to grow your own team. Shape and mould them in your character.
You’ll be joining a multi-award winning company that has been established for nearly 30 years. They’ve evolved multiple times and work with some of the highest value clients in the world.
They made a conscious decision to ditch low value, PSL work, in favour of clients that value their work, respect them and form partnerships with.
What We’re Looking For:
High Ceiling potential: You are probably billing between £120,000 and £160,000 a year, but not being pushed to do more or be better. You know with improved training, better tech, and a higher performing environment you could be pushing £250,000 and £300,000 a year, whilst managing a team.
Desire to manage a team: Initially you will come in and manage a couple of people, but you’re going to be actively encouraged to go out and recruit for your team, and build something special.
Experience in the IT sector: This is the clients bread and better and they’re true experts in this field. We’re not looking for someone who wants to change sectors, we want someone to lead a new division with existing knowledge.
The office is in Portsmouth and it is a high performing environment. It has great transport links and the vast majority of people are in there 5 days a week. That being said, if you fancy a day from home, that’s not an issue after your probation.
You’ll get a base salary of up to £45,000 depending on your experience, and a great commission scheme, as well as fantastic incentive trips through the year.
