I’m looking for an experienced 360 Engineering Recruiter or Engineering Recruitment Manager to join my client in Bournemouth.

The team you’ll be managing work a combination of white and blue collar engineering positions, with the majority being blue collar, so having experience with both would be fantastic but is not essential.

You’ll be inheriting a great team from one of the Directors, who is taking a step back but will still be on hand to do a thorough handover and there for support over the next 6 months whilst you find your feet in the business.

The team consists of 7 consultants with the top biller last year doing over £300k.

Its important that you’re a billing manager who can lead by example, coach and mentor the team and get the best out of people.

The offices are in Bournemouth and as you’ll be managing a team, its important that you’re in the office more often than not, so being within a commutable distance to Bournemouth is essential for this one.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a salary of up to £60,000 – depending on your experience, with a commission scheme up to 20% and additional bonuses too.
