Senior/Lead Recruitment Consultant
OX Seven Talent Partners
Senior/Lead Consultant – Legal (non-London) – £35,000 – £55,000 base – great comms scheme
You’re someone who loves recruiting in to the legal sector.
You love the high level conversations you have with candidates, and you love how, well, reliable they all are.
You’ve probably been in your role for a couple of years, but have hit a ceiling in terms of progression, and being responsible for your own areas.
You want to be billing £250,000+ and getting the commission, but whilst enjoying the flexibility of being remote based.
You’ll be joining a multi-award winning international legal recruitment agency. If you value honesty, integrity and being an advisor, rather than an order taker, then you will love it here.
They have seen year on year growth and have achieved this through founders that lead from the front, creating a great (and extensive) tech stack and investing heavily in external training.
They now need someone to come in and lead their contract offering.
What We’re Looking For:
High Ceiling potential: You are probably billing between £120,000 and £160,000 a year, but not being pushed to do more or be better. You know with improved training, better tech, and a higher performing environment you could be pushing £250,000 and £300,000 a year.
Experience in the legal market: We’re looking for someone who is used to working outside of the M25 and has a deep understanding of a geographical region.
Ability to work remotely: This role is primarily remote, but the client has a beautiful head office in London where the team meets once every fortnight. Having a well-equipped home office and the self-motivation to thrive in a remote work environment are essential.
You’ll get a base salary of between £35,000 and £55,000 depending on your experience (and billings), and a great commission scheme, as well as other perks.
We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so If you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Will Grashoff on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable, to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender biases in our adverts.
