Are you a 360 Recruitment Consultant in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Logistics, looking for a change?

Our client are based in Salford and are looking for Senior or Principal Perm Recruiters as they continue to grow the team.

You’ll be an experienced 360 Recruiter and a dab hand at business development. You’ll also have a Sales Director here who loves winning business and passing it to the team.

This isn’t a stuffy, corporate environment here – no suits, no KPI’s and just an adult environment where results speak louder than how many calls you’ve made!

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base salary of between £30,000 – £45,000 DOE, and a commission scheme up to 25% and lots of other benefits too.

You’ll need to be within a commutable distance of Salford for this one, as you’ll be in the office 4 days a week, getting a chance to make the most of the onsite gym, subsidised canteen, pool tables and there’s also free parking too.
