I’m looking for an experienced 360 recruiter join my awesome client as a Senior Consultant, in this fully remote role.

You’ll play a key role in driving the company’s growth by developing new client relationships, delivering outstanding recruitment solutions, and contributing to the success of the team. Working closely with the MD, who still bills and leads by example — you’ll be part of a company that supports and invests in its people.

With a huge database of leads and an excellent industry reputation, you’ll have all the tools you need to excel from day one. Your focus will be on bringing in new clients within the IT Channel and Tech space —ranging from IT or Consumer Electronics to Distribution Partners and MSPs. You’ll have opportunities to work on both contingent and retained projects, so there’s plenty of scope to grow your desk.

As this is a fully remote role, its important that you can work autonomously. Identifying new opportunities and winning new business, as well as placing into these and making a great contribution with your billing figures.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a salary of up to £40,000 – depending on your experience, with a commission scheme of 25%.
