We’ve been instructed by a great new client who specialise in the advanced technologies. We’re talking AI, machine learning, bio-technology, green-energy and the like. Based in Warwickshire, this is a company at the top of their game, working with new business start-ups and multi-national organizational to provide talent acquisition and consultancy in highly competitive sectors.
You will live and breathe your market, own it, and be the recognised consultant for new and existing clients in the sector. You won’t be shackled by one technology in one sector and restricted on earnings, you will be given the freedom to use your knowledge and relationship building skills in a range of sectors to maximise revenue for the company and earnings for yourself.
With resourcing and delivery support in place, you will be the one in the field, forging powerful relationships with new clients through meaningful conversations. Yes, that means picking up the phone and engaging with the right people. From meaningful conversations comes trust, and from trust come…that’s right, roles to work. They trust your insight and knowledge.
In terms of salary, they’re flexible for the best recruiters in their field. As long as you can demonstrate a track record of billing 5x your base salary, you could expect a base of £40,000 – £60,000 + 35% commission over threshold. In terms of work setup, there is flexibility again and this will depend on experience. It’s something you need to be flexible on as well.
