We’re looking for a real personality to join an agency who cover a number of recruitment sectors, including accounting, finance, HR, administration and engineering. They pride themselves on working in an honest, open and ethical way, which is at the heart of everything they do. They’re now looking for someone of a similar mindset who can help add real value to their business.

You’ll need to bring with you a demonstrably impressive billing history and a background in winning new business, as this is truly a 360 role. Added to that a friendly, confident and professional demeanour and your quids in.

There is a great support network and working environment here where you can thrive, learning and working alongside some extremely experienced and talented colleagues.

You’ll be coming into a hot desk, but you’ll understand the importance of business development and building a prosperous client portfolio. You won’t be someone who rests on their laurels and will always be asking the question “What’s next?”.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a salary of between £32,000 and £50,000 (DOE), along with a very beneficial commission scheme paying up to 40%. There are also other perks that can be discussed further on down the line. They operate a hybrid working model 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
