You’ll get full administrative support, including invoicing, CV formatting, job adverts, compliance, and access to Bullhorn CRM, so you can focus on what you do best—billing.
You will get support without isolation – Regular Zoom calls and meet-ups in London keep you connected with a community of like-minded recruiters, backed by a proactive head office team handling admin, accounts, business development, and marketing.
With this role there is the opportunity for a business partnership, not just a master/subservient setup. All Recruitment Partners here are given the freedom to run their own business how they see fit, working with a network of like-minded recruiters who support each other and also have the support of a proactive head office team, including Administration, Accounts, Business Development and Marketing.
There are no caps, no hidden fees. You run your business your way, and the more you bill, the more you earn. No complicated share schemes or franchise fees. You’d only need to bill around £14k a month to take home six figures!
