Associate Director – Energy & Construction Recruitment – £50,000 – £60,000 + Equity
Are you an experienced recruitment leader ready to take the next big step in your career? we are looking for an Associate Director to become an integral part of a start up business with equity from day one!
This is more than just a role—it’s an opportunity to directly influence and shape the future of a company headed up by a vastly experienced and successful business person!
You’ll play a pivotal role in refining strategy, driving growth, and expanding an embryonic footprint in the market. We’re looking for someone who isn’t just interested in hitting KPIs but is motivated by the chance to create lasting impact. You’ll work alongside a collaborative leadership team, contributing your insights to shape direction and culture as they scale.
What We’re Looking For:
Leadership & Industry Expertise: You bring multiple years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong focus in the energy or construction sectors. We’re not closed to all sectors, if you’ve worked in a high growth, recession proof sector then lets chat.
Strategic Growth Experience: You’ve helped scale a recruitment business or led teams in fast-growth environments, thriving on challenges and seizing new market opportunities.
Vision & Influence: Beyond day-to-day management, you’ll have the opportunity to influence this start ups future, shaping both the business and the brand.
The office is based just outside Southampton and it is a really grown up environment. It has great transport links and will provide a great hub for you to help grow the business. There isn’t a clock watching or a micro-management mentality here – you will be trusted and empowered to do what you do best!
You’ll get a base salary of up to £60,000 depending on your experience, and a great commission scheme, as well as equity on the table.
