We are working with a client whose office is just north of London. They work with great clients across Europe, providing a full range of tech roles on a contract basis. They have an excellent reputation which makes the BD side far more pleasant.

You will thrive working in a fast-paced role, having the knowledge of the industry and seamlessly talking across multiple positions in a short space of time. You will be happy building relationships with clients and candidates alike, thriving off the challenge of bringing on new business.

You’ll have at least 18 months of 360 recruitment experience, and good working knowledge of the tech market, if you have worked across the European market that will be a massive bonus as well.

You will need to live a commutable distance to Borehamwood as you will be office based. They are very proud of the culture they have created of everyone learning off each other.

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £30,000 – £45,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too. There are plenty of other great perks as well, including abroad trips, a great holiday allowance and a shut office between Christmas and New Year.
