Are you a senior recruitment consultant looking to join a company who set you up to succeed and provide an excellent environment to bring the best out of you.
We are working with a client whose office is just north of London. They work with great clients across Europe and the US, providing a full range of tech roles in both contract and perm positions. They have clients who keep coming back to them, so the focus will very much be on the 180/270 side of things- perfect if you don’t enjoy the BD side of things as much.
You will thrive working in a fast-paced role, having the knowledge of the industry and seamlessly talking across multiple positions in a short space of time. You will be happy building relationships with clients and candidates alike, thriving off the challenge of talking to senior candidates, which in turn brings very high average fees.
You’ll have at least 2 years of experience, ideally within quantitative research, Devops or platform engineering recruitment. If you are an experienced tech recruiter and you really know your space you are very much of interest! You will be looked after with great training, a fantastic culture and financially you will do very well, both from a commission and base standpoint.
You will need to live a commutable distance to Borehamwood as you will be office based. They are very proud of the culture they have created of everyone learning off each other.
From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £30,000 – £50,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too. There are plenty of other great perks as well, including abroad trips, a great holiday allowance and a shut office between Christmas and New Year.
