Are you a senior recruitment consultant looking to move into managing a team whilst continuing to bill?

We are working with a client whose office is in central Leeds. They specialise in the Telecom, IT and Tech space and you will oversee the perm side of the operation.

You will be passionate about recruitment and have a real desire to help scale up a business, as well as your own team. Naturally you will be a confident taking responsibility and know how to get the best out of different individuals.

You will need to live a commutable distance to Leeds as you will be office based- with managing a team they will want to learn from your example and be able to get responses to questions in live time.

They really reward hard work- everyone has a quarterly target and if you are smashing yours you can see your base salary increase up to 2K per quarter- genuinely one of the best and most frequent salary reviews. They value their staff and want to make sure they are in it for the long term- it is a really exciting project and one you can truly grow with.

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £38,000 – £46,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too-including no threshold.
